SWBNO is giving customers with past-due balances a chance to get back on track this summer— without paying late fees. From now through August 31, customers who enroll in an interest-free PromisePay payment plan will have all late fees waived before their next billing cycle.
Due to scheduled maintenance, the SWBNO website (www.swbno.org) will be unavailable Thursday, January 30 from 7:00 PM through 7:30 PM. The billing portaal, myaccount.swbno.org will not be affected.
