Claims
Thank you for contacting the Sewerage & Water Board Claims office.
To open a claim against the Sewerage and Water Board, you must provide the following:
- A valid in-color copy (front & back) of Driver's license or State-issued photo ID,
- Completely filled-out 2-page Claim Form (see attached),
- Color photos and/or video (time stamp preferred), examples include photographs of the location, photographs of the damaged item(s), or photographs of the injury.
- Proof of insurance: auto (vehicular damage), home (Property damage), and/or health (injury)
- 3 (three) repair estimates which must be on company letterhead OR if the damage has been repaired, please provide a copy of the PAID receipt for work completed.
If a Vehicle is involved, please also provide:
- A copy of your Vehicle registration
If an injury has occurred, please provide:
- All out of pocket medical expenses

All requested documentation must be received in our office within five (5) months of the date the claim is submitted. Please note that it may take up to 90 days or longer for your claim to be processed once all the necessary documents have been verified and accepted.
